Airport Design Editor has it's own website www.airportdesigneditor.co.uk. This is a single page at the moment but will be developed over the coming months as the tool develops. It is also hoped that some of the real experts in Airport Design will allow put up some tutorials on best practice for designing airports in general. In the meantime we have put a newer version of ADE on this site for download. Airport Design Editor (ADE) is a graphical design tool to create and enhance airports for Microsoft Flight Simulator X. It takes it's inspiration from the excellent AFCAD2 developed for FS9 by Lee Swordy. ADE does for FSX what AFCAD does for FS9 and adds support for new FSX features such as fences and jetways. ADE is being developed with the help of a small group of dedicated airport designers with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
